2. What type of jobs do you do?
We sell and install, entry doors, side doors, patio doors, interior doors, windows, shutters and other window treatments.
3. Do you specialize in a particular product?
Yes we specialize in entry doors, whether they are your front, kitchen or laundry door. Most window and door companies only do vinyl widows and “patio doors”. We excel in wood and fiberglass entry doors.
4. Are your installers your employees?
Yes they are paid hourly employees of the company NOT sub-contractors. We do not employ leased or day workers.
5. Does my job need a permit?
Every city has their own enforcement policy. We will determine, before the job begins, whether a permit is required. We usually know this information prior to signing a contract. Though we are responsible for “pulling” the permit the fees will be an addition to the contract total amount.
6. What are your warranties?
Our labor warranty is for 2 years from the date of installation. Product warranties vary depending on type and use. But they will be explained to you at the point of sale and mailed to you with your paid receipt at the end of the job.
7. What areas do you service?
We service all of Orange County, parts of Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
